Paolo’s Pizza Bar was established in 2006 and has since become a staple in the Hervey Bay dining scene. With a focus on local and sustainable produce, the menu is sure to please all tastes. Pizza is our specialty using nothing but pure artisan sourdough or ‘la madre’ to create our bases. This means that the dough is gentler on the stomach as it naturally contains much less gluten than processed or yeast based pizza bases.
You can taste the authenticity in every bite with that unmistakable woodfired flavour. We also have a range of delicious entrees, traditional pastas, main meals, handmade gnocchi and mediterranean desserts all created using traditional ingredients and high quality local produce.
